The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Colona Grade School is implementing a program available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).  Healthy breakfasts and lunches are PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE to all enrolled students.  CEP Letter

Milk Money/Student Accounts

If a student brings a lunch from home and needs a milk, there is a charge of 40 cents.  Money can be deposited into a student's account in the following ways: 

  • In the cafeteria before school
  • In the office during the day
  • Online through the student's TeacherEase account

Students must not have a negative balance in their account to purchase a milk.
